Our clients develop innovative, safety-critical products in the fields of highly automated driving and urban mobility. At FSQ Experts, a team of experienced specialists offers high-end consultancy solutions to sustainably integrate modern and practical safety processes in the automotive industry – such as functional safety, SOTIF, in-use safety and cybersecurity into our clients’ organisations.

• Active support in the development of safety-critical ADAS and automated driving functions through product consultancy and engineering.
• Conducting gap analyses, reviews, assessments, analyses and audits.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices and industry standards.
• Hands-on coaching for our clients in the development and certification of safety-critical products at system, hardware and software levels.
• Application of technical and soft skills in various roles as required, including technical consultant, safety engineer, process developer, facilitator and coach.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or a similar technical field.
• Several years’ professional experience in software or hardware development for embedded systems.
• Professional experience in the field of ADAS and automated driving functions is an advantage.
• Professional experience in consulting and coaching on these topics in German and English.
• Good knowledge of safety methods: HARA, TARA, FTA, FME(D)A, DFA, STPA, etc.
• Good knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and ISO 21434.

• A pragmatic, structured, communicative and customer-focused approach to work.
• Willingness to support and empower a wide variety of clients.
• Willingness to contribute to expanding FSQ Experts’ knowledge base in areas such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
• Ability to organise oneself effectively with excellent project and time management skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Business fluency in German and English (both at least C1 level).
